How fast the first reply actually goes out
How we measure: for each real lead, the clock starts when Thumbtack's webhook event for that lead reaches our server and stops when SwiftReplAI has generated your first reply, both timestamps on the same server clock. This measures our software's speed; on accounts that hold replies for owner approval, the wait for that approval is a human step and is not counted. First replies only. Test accounts, dry runs, and follow-up nudges are excluded. Figures refresh about every 5 minutes.
